Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Destinations

We ship to a wide range of domestic and international locations, subject to carrier availability and local import regulations.

Customers may be required to provide suitable unloading equipment or arrange site access for large freight deliveries.

Coffee & Honey

Coffee and honey products are securely packaged to maintain product quality during shipping. Food items are shipped with care to help preserve freshness throughout transit.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active.
